Công ty Cổ phần Vina G7 Furniture là công ty con của Vinacam; được thành lập năm 2006 và chính thức đi vào sản xuất từ năm 2008. Nhà máy của công ty tọa lạc trên diện tích 45,000 m2 tại Cụm Công nghiệp Tam Phước, Thành phố Biên Hòa, Tỉnh Đồng Nai.

Vina G7 Furniture JSC is a subsidiary of Vinacam JSC ; founded in 2006 and formally in production in 2008. The company's factory is located in an area of 45,000 m2 in Tam Phuoc 1 Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

2.CƠ SỞ VẬT CHẤT/FACILITIES
2.1 Nhà xưởng, nhà kho và khu cư xá
4 Nhà xưởng và 1 Tổng kho: trên 30.000m2 . Khu cư xá: 25.000m2 đủ sức đáp ứng cho 1,000 công nhân với các tiện ích hoàn hảo, theo tiêu chuẩn môi trường xanh, sạch với khu vui chơi, sân bóng đá, bóng chuyền, bóng bàn và khu căng tin sinh hoạt cộng đồng khép kín. Với hệ thống cơ sở vật chất được đầu tư nghiêm túc, Vina G7 Furniture có công suất 250 Container/tháng.

2.1 Facilities
4 Factories and 1 Warehouse: 30,000 m2 . Residental areas: 25,000 m2 , sufficient to provide the 1,000 workers with excellent facilities, green environmental standards, clean playground, soccer field, volleyball, table tennis and canteen areas for close residential community. With serious investment in the infrastructure system, Vina G7 Furniture has a capacity of 200 containers/month .

2.2 Dây chuyền sơ chế và định hình sản phẩm
Chỉ có gỗ nguyên liệu đạt chất lượng được cung cấp bởi những nhà cung cấp có năng lực mới được đưa vào sản xuất.

Gỗ nguyên liệu được sơ chế, định hình qua nhiều công đoạn, các chi tiết phức tạp được định hình chính xác bằng hệ thống máy CNC, các chi tiết khó được xử lý bởi hệ thống máy chuyên dụng

2.2 Semi-processed & shaping lines
Only qualified wood materials, provided by reliable suppliers, are capable of being put into production. Wood semi-processed materials are shaped through many stages. The more complex materials are configured correctly by CNC system, or handled by specialized computer system.

2.3 Dây chuyền sơn và dây chuyền dán bề mặt
5 Dây chuyền sơn treo với 4.000 móc treo có công suất 8.000 chi tiết/ngày, được thiết kế cho các chi tiết có thể treo lên. Khi hoàn tất một vòng, chi tiết sẽ luôn khô và sẵn sàng cho công đoạn tiếp theo.

1 Dây chuyền sơn Pallet với 400 Pallet có công suất 2.000 chi tiết/ngày, được thiết kế cho các chi tiết không thể treo lên. Khi hoàn tất một vòng, chi tiết sẽ luôn khô và sẵn sàng cho công đoạn tiếp theo.

1 Dây chuyền sơn UV có công suất 1.000 chi tiết/ngày, được thiết kế cho các sản phẩm đặc biệt, yêu cầu độ bóng 100% và độ cứng cao của lớp sơn.

Giấy và Veneer với các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật khác nhau được tuyển chọn cẩn thận trước khi ép nhiệt bề mặt.


2.4 Painting lines & Surface-processed
5 hanging panting lines with 4,000 hooks in use for the capacity of 8,000 details/day , which are designed for the details to be hung up. When a round is finished, details will always be dried and ready for the next step.

1 Pallet painting line with 400 pallets for a capacity of 2,000 details/day . which is designed to hang on details. When a round is finished, details will always be dried and ready for the next step.

1 UV coating line with a capacity of 1,000 details/day , which is designed for the special requirements of 100% gloss and high level of the coating.


2.5 Dây chuyền lắp ráp, Kho thành phẩm và Bãi container
Cụm dây chuyền lắp ráp, kho thành phẩm và bãi container được thiết kế liền kề nhau, giúp loại bỏ thời gian chờ sau thành phẩm.
Cách cảng Cát Lái 40km, Vina G7 Furniture sở hữu ưu thế lớn về vị trí với thời gian vận chuyển ra cảng chỉ khoảng 1 giờ.


2.5 The assembly process, finishing & container loading
Complex assembly, finished product storage, and container loading are designed to help eliminating pending time after the product is finished.
