Số lượng công nhân ban đầu là 32 cán bộ công nhân đến nay là gần 300 cán bộ công nhân.
Năng lực sản xuất của Doanh nghiệp mỗi tháng từ 700m3 đến 850m3 ván thành phẩm.
Ban đầu chỉ với 01 Phân xưởng sản xuất đến nay đã mở rộng thêm với 03 Phân xưởng sản xuất, 01 Phân xưởng phục vụ sản xuất, 01 Phân xưởng tẩm sấy.
